Creating Egnyte Sign Templates
Streamline the e-signature process by creating Egnyte Sign Templates for commonly used documents.
- Select a document that needs an e-signature then choose Create signing template.
- Customize the template by adding specific signers or roles and fields like title and date signed. You can lock any properties that users should not adjust.
- Next add a custom message, request expiration, and choose the folder location for completed requests. Then publish your template. Users can access and use published templates in the Workflows & - - -- Signatures section, under the Templates tab.
