Keeper 101 - How to Create Your Keeper Account

To create your Keeper Account, visit keepersecurity.com and hover your cursor over the “Login” dropdown and select Web Vault, then click Create an Account. Enter your email address and click Next.

You will be prompted to set and confirm a master password. Don’t forget your master password! Since this password will unlock all of your other passwords in your Keeper Vault, it is critical that you set a strong master password using upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

Keeper requires that your master password contains a minimum of twelve characters. To continue, check the box confirming you accept Keeper’s Terms of Use and click Next.

A verification link and code will be sent to your email address, confirming that you are the owner of the email address you are using to create your Keeper account.

Now, navigate to your email provider and locate the email from Keeper with the subject line: “Action Required Create Your Keeper Account”. Open the email and click Create Account. Alternatively you can enter the verification code from the email in the field provided on the previous Keeper screen observed moments ago. Next, you will be taken to an account creation success page, click Vault Login. Your Keeper account is now active and ready for use.

Your passwords, logins and other personal information are saved here in your private, encrypted, digital vault as “records”. It is here where you can view and manage all of your website login credentials and details, as well as store important files and photos.
