McDonough brings over 20 years of experience building go-to-market and customer success teams to his new role at TrustCloud. Previously, he served as Vice President of Global Sales for IBM Randori. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Customer Success for VMware Carbon Black. A proven sales leader with experience scaling sales teams through periods of hypergrowth, TJ will oversee TrustCloud’s sales and customer success teams as they mature to meet exploding demand from mid-market and enterprise businesses.
