With over two decades of experience in Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Cybersecurity, Jonathan is dedicated to safeguarding the digital landscape. He currently serves as the Head of Information Security at London law firm Howard Kennedy, where he leads the Cybersecurity Team.

Our charity has been a finalist and won the prestigious Not for Profit Award in 2021, 2022 and 2023. As digital threats continue to grow, the importance of cybersecurity cannot be overstated.

In today’s connected world, our online presence is central to our lives like never before. We stay connected with our friends and family wherever they are through social media. Whereas in the past our social contact was limited to those who lived or worked nearby, now, through social media, we can connect with those with shared interests or beliefs anywhere in the world. Most of us use social media to stay in touch with those they care about.

Technology can serve as a double-edged sword for women grappling with domestic abuse: while it has the potential to save lives, it also has the capacity to lay bare one's most intimate vulnerabilities. One such harrowing story comes from a survivor (which we will call Bridget to protect her anonymity), who faced a nightmare of cyberstalking, intimate image abuse (colloquially known as revenge porn), and relentless online harassment that lasted for years.
