• People-first mentality: 67% of high-performing SOCs actively invest in training programs to develop and retain security talent
• Organizational synergy: 73% of high-performing SOCs are strongly aligned with business goals
• Technology adoption: 80% of high-performing SOCs are likely or very likely to invest in new technologies
